what are the steps to rent a property through us ? Once you contact us by email, phone call or by visiting us in our office we will offer you many properties which are matching your wishes and your budget, We will invite you for a free tour to show you those properties and once you are satisfied with one, a rental agreement should be issued in Arabic/English. The Payment normally is two month of the agreed rental value (one month deposit and one in advance) should be paid once you sign the agreement. The duration of the agreement is minimum 3 months. In the check in day an inventory should be done. Remember that We don't charge you any rental fees All our properties are fully furnished and fully equipped. How can I rent my property through Magic well? If you have a property in Sharm El Sheikh, we can advertise it for rent on our website and in our office for free. In case you rent your property through us, we will Charge you the following: One month of the rental value for one year rental contract. Half month of the rental value for 6 month rental contract. Quarter month of the rental value for 3 month rental contract. For short terms rental we charge you 15% of the total rental value. Can you manage my property? Yes we can manage and rent your property for you we keep it maintained by our professional maintenance staff. We also collect the rent and send it directly to you or your bank account. We charge you 10% from the total rent as a management fee.
